1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the TenantTalk UK software platform. By registering an account or adding properties, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Service
TenantTalk provides SMS-based property management communication infrastructure. Each Property receives a dedicated Management Number and a Tenant Chat Number. Subscriptions are billed per Property on a monthly basis.
TenantTalk is not an emergency communication platform and must not be used for life-critical or emergency (999) reporting.
3. Fair Use and SMS Credits
Each active Property subscription includes 100 SMS credits per billing month. Additional SMS credits are billed at 7p per credit as specified in our pricing schedule.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your manager dashboard or Stripe billing portal. Access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
