Simple, private property communication.
Your landlord or letting agent uses TenantTalk to keep property communication simple, secure, and professional. No apps to download, no passwords to remember.
For private tenancy matters: maintenance repairs, rent queries, and tenancy updates. Only your landlord or letting agent sees these messages.
For shared tenant coordination: parcel deliveries, bins, and cleaning routines. Your real mobile number is hidden from other tenants for privacy.
Works through your phone's normal text messaging app. Standard mobile plan SMS rates apply with inclusive texts.
Common tenant questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. TenantTalk uses your regular phone SMS app. You don't need to install anything, create an account, or remember passwords. Just save both numbers to your phone contacts.
Who sees my messages?
Messages sent to the Management Number go directly to your letting agent or landlord team and remain strictly private from other tenants.
Messages sent to the Tenant Chat Number are relayed only to other tenants in your Property. Your management team is not in this chat and does not monitor these messages.
Is my mobile phone number kept private?
Yes. When you text the Tenant Chat Number, other tenants see your room or flat label (for example, "[Flat 2]" or "[Room 3]") instead of your personal mobile number.
How much does it cost me as a tenant?
Sending a message to TenantTalk uses standard UK mobile SMS. If your mobile contract has inclusive UK text messages, it costs you nothing extra.
How do I opt out if I move out?
When you move out, your landlord or letting agent removes your number from the Property in their dashboard. You can also reply STOP to any message at any time to instantly unsubscribe from all future texts.
